This week we are going to organize our projects.

1. Organize your information by topic

  • Open your NOTES document
  • Click on TABLE IN THE TOP MENU BAR
  • Create a Row for each topic you will include in your project
  • Create 3 Columns.
  • Type the title of each page
  • Copy and paste the information from your notes into each row next to the title
  • Decide the order of your slides
  • Go to SORT in TABLE in the top menu bar
  • Sort by Slide Number

2.Create a storyboard.

3. Begin putting your information into PowerPoint. Use your storyboard and your organizational chart to help you. There should be only ONE PowerPoint per project team.

  • Decide who will create the PowerPoint.
  • Decide who will continue to do research.
  • Decide who will find pictures.

4. Next week we'll add graphics, animation and sound to your PowerPoint and we'll create your Webpage.
